Supposedly you can find the installation of QuickTime 7 on the Snow Leopard upgrade DVD, but I found this process that works by downloading QT 7 from Apple.

1. Search your Mac for a file ending in ".qtz", control/right-click on the file and says that you want to open the file using the QuickTime 10 player...

2. Snow Leopard will tell you that it's not possible to open the file with the default player and that QuickTime 7 is needed. Choose to install it...

3. Snow Leopard will then pull the installer for QuickTime 7 down and install the software...

4. QuickTime Player 7 will be installed into your Utilities folder and if you have a QT Pro 7 serial, you can add it in there as you have in the past. Note that no QuickTime Control Panel becomes available as part of this process (in case you're wondering)...
