Server Monitor application "Software is not installed properly on server"

If you want to add the server in Server Monitor application on the server itself, you'd think you could enter the IP associated with the LOM address you just entered in the step above. That will likely fail with "can't connect to server". Instead, you need to enter the loopback address, 127.0.0.1. And instead of entering the username and password entered a moment ago, you need to enter any old administrator's username and password instead.
